We will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sales are final on discounted items (excluding the welcome discount).

▸ Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime. That’s why we stand by every product, for as long as you own it. We are glad to make reasonable repairs on your BIKO piece, should the need arise. Simply contact us here.
For increased longevity, keep your jewelry clean and dry using a soft cloth. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise, and wear after applying perfume or hairspray. Protect your piece from rain and humidity. When not wearing, be sure to store inside a jewelry box or soft jewelry pouch, such as the pink branded BIKO pouch provided.
All BIKO pieces are plated in 14k gold or rhodium, over brass. They do not tarnish or cause discolouration on the skin. All earring posts are surgical stainless steel, and hypo-allergenic. Wear your BIKO jewels often; love them always.

I fell in love with the unique shape of the Galina Medium ring, then fell in love again with it paired with the Galina Small ring. The shape on both rings remind me of beautiful pebbles on the beach, as intended in the design. The bright gold tone elevates the outfit I wear them with. I initially ordered a size small and had to ship them back. The creative director, Corrine, kindly reached out to me and spoke to me to help me find my right size. It's been an all around pleasant experience to shop from Biko and I'm very pleased with the quality of the Galina rings.
